These Terms apply to every purchase of digital woodworking plans from this store. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products

We sell downloadable PDF woodworking plans. Product images of finished furniture may be AI-generated illustrations; plans, drawings and measurements are described in each product page and inside each PDF.

2. License

When you buy a plan you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it. You may build the furniture as many times as you like, including furniture you sell. You may not copy, share, resell, upload or distribute the PDF files or their content, in whole or in part.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout by card or other methods shown at checkout. Any taxes are calculated at checkout where required.

4. Delivery

Files are delivered digitally by email and on the order confirmation page. See our Delivery Policy for details.

5. Refunds

Because the products are digital, sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Safety and responsibility

Woodworking involves risk. You are responsible for using tools safely, following tool and hardware manufacturers' instructions, checking all dimensions and materials, and fixing wall-mounted or tall furniture to studs or suitable masonry. Plans are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, damage or loss resulting from building or using furniture from these plans.

7. Intellectual property

All plans, drawings, text and images are protected by copyright and remain our property.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
