Refund & Returns Policy

Do you accept returns?
No. All products in this store are digital downloads (PDF woodworking plans). Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to send back. Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not accept returns, and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
When we will make it right
- File problems: if your download link does not work or the PDF will not open, we will send a new link or file, or issue a full refund if we cannot fix it.
- Errors in a plan: if you find a mistake in a measurement or instruction, we will send a corrected version free of charge.
- Duplicate purchase: if you accidentally bought the same plan twice, contact us within 14 days of the purchase and we will refund the duplicate order.
Time limits
- Report file problems or errors within 30 days of your purchase.
- Report duplicate purchases within 14 days of your purchase.
How to request help or a refund
- Email jaimerodriguezmaravilla@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem.
- We reply within 24–48 hours.
- If a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may need additional time to show it on your statement.
